About the guide
Understand xHamster links before reusing them
This page explains common public-link patterns and rights questions for xHamster. VidDownload does not request, copy, proxy, or store media from the source platform.
Public visibility is not the same as permission to reproduce or republish. When in doubt, ask the creator or use an official platform feature.
Three useful checks
From a copied link to an informed decision
No extractor, proxy, account login, or media transfer is involved.
Review permissions
Check the creator’s license, platform terms, and any consent or attribution requirements.
Use official features
Prefer the source platform’s own share, export, or offline options when available.
